How to book:

In the message, please specify the following information:- The type and amount of equipment you'd like rent
- The start and end date of the desired renting period
- Delivery: will always take place at your hotel accommodation. You are responsible to inform your hotel of your intention to have equipment delivered prior to your arrival. You need to ask whether your hotel can accept the delivery. It is in fact mandatory that someone be present during the equipment delivery as you or a member of the hotel's front desk team needs to sign for delivery. Delivery and collection takes place from Monday to Friday. In case of weekend arrivals or outside of regular working hours we advise you to have the delivery made the day before. Pick-up can also be scheduled the day after your departure, fees will apply for each extra day.
- Payment and confirmation: the service confirmation will be sent by AmsterdaMobile after you have sent the required documentation and payment. The invoice amount can be paid by bank transfer. Reservations for mobility equipment must be made at least 7 working days in advance. The rental of the equipment is subject to availability and stock. In case of mobility scooters we advise booking at least one month ahead of arrival.
- Extra documents: for a mobility scooter is required a copy of a valid identity document and the payment of a deposit (which will be returned once the equipment is returned in good condition).
